INSPIRED MAX 4 – Outdoor Facilities NOW OPEN
Our INSPIRED MAX4 workouts use a combination of (HIIT) High Intensity Interval Training and Active Rest Training to get your body to burn more fat and calories than traditional workouts that are twice as long. Every group training session is led by an experienced and certified INSPIRED trainer and is designed to be fun, high energy and challenging all while burning maximum fat and toning your muscles.
The 60 minute session consists of 4 high energy sections of 12 minutes –
Warm up – Group pulse raising exercises and stretching
✳ BODY WEIGHT HIIT CARDIO – 12 minutes
✳ STRENGTH TRAINING / WEIGHTS – 12 minutes
✳ CORE & ABS – 12 minutes
✳ BOXING CARDIO WITH PADS – 12 minutes
Cool down – Group exercises lowering the heart rate and stretching.
This session is for mixed abilities as all exercises can have an alternative.
Doesn’t matter if you have an injury, if it’s your first time or your age, this fitness class is for everyone.
